Billy Kid

At R5 Brimstone is Billy's best engine: his loop of Basic Attacks, Dash Attacks and Dodge Counters keeps stacks high. At P1 it is still competitive, though the weaker effect loses some ground to other premium picks. Even without dupes it is the strongest standard banner option for him.

The ideal stat stick from Ye Shunguang's Signature. Billy can never activate Ether Veil, so its DMG and CRIT DMG bonuses stay off, but the Physical RES Ignore is universal, and with high Base ATK and a CRIT DMG mainstat it tops every rival when no overclocks are assumed.

A great general-purpose stat stick that hands Billy a huge amount of unconditional CRIT Rate and CRIT DMG.

Nekomata's Signature can be very strong on Billy: a CRIT Rate mainstat, a Physical DMG bonus he fully uses, and a back-attack bonus his mobility helps sustain. Full uptime is unrealistic though, since his ranged attacks push him away and repositioning behind enemies takes time. Our calcs assume 80% uptime.

Billy's own Signature is a decent pick with a Physical DMG bonus far above most competitors. Thanks to his ranged kit, it only needs light positioning management (e.g. after closing in for an EX at M4), making it his best A-Rank option.
