Huge unconditional CRIT Rate and CRIT DMG, plus meaningful Fire RES shred for Soldier 11's Chain Attack and Ultimate. Easily her best option.

Seed's signature ranks among Soldier 11's better picks thanks to its high CRIT Rate and the 20% DEF Ignore it grants on Basic Attacks and Ultimates at max stacks.

Soldier 11 cannot use Hugo's Absolute Zero Death Sentence buff, so this is purely a stat stick. It is an excellent one though: CRIT Rate mainstat and a flat 45% CRIT DMG make it a strong pick regardless.

Soldier 0 - Anby's signature rewards characters who spam Basic Attacks or use long-lasting ones. Each stack runs its own timer and only one stack can be gained every 0.5s, so max stacks demand constant Basics. Soldier 11's Basic-heavy playstyle handles this well, giving strong uptime and making it one of her better choices.

Her own signature remains strong, with near-constant uptime outside of stun. During stun burst it weakens, as B4 and empowered B5 only sustain about 3 stacks, so value drains as combos go on. Even so it beats every other A-rank and even some limited S-ranks, a strong and accessible pick.
